I’m sorry this happened to you. The consultant who sold you the products must have no idea what they are doing.
Arbonne offers a 45-Day money back guarantee. It’s a full refund. It sounds like you returned the products after the month-and-a-half trial period. I’m a Regional Vice President in Arbonne and I’ve never heard of Arbonne not refunding the ENTIRE VALUE of the product, unless it’s over the 45-days.
Arbonne runs a very tight, and professional business. They’ve been around for 32-years and have earned a Grade A from the BBB. Arbonne takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and most consultants who are building profitable businesses do too. There really isn’t a one-off issue like you are talking about, so it makes me think you returned the items after 45-days.
How many other skin care/cosmetic/nutrition companies stand behind their claims enough to offer a 45-day trial period. Arbonne has ALWAYS honored this.
Again, I’m sorry for your experience. It sounds like your consultant was a bit lost.
