THEY STEAL.When a representative from their company was on a competing vendors trip VACATIONS TO GO rep fraudulently purported to be a guest on the competing vendors trip. This person used this as a ruse to collect all of the emails from travellers on this trip and then used this illegally gained information to send an email blast announcing that Vacations To Go was planning a new division. Once they did, they then STOLE they
VACATIONS TO GO gives special, preferred treatment to a few of their guest giving them a rate that is lower than all of the others, and keeps this information a dark secret.
VACATIONS TO GO has misrepresented policies on trip out of Galveson ,Texas and when guests complained , they refused to give any type of refund, simply saying, “read the fine print”
Once you are on their email list, it is almost impossible to be removed, they keep harrassing you by sending incessant emails on a least a weekly basis, sometimes on a more frequent basis.
Kari Lee, their Cruise Director is incompetent, insensitive, rude, arrogant, unforgiving, over head in the capacity that she is supposed to act, unprofessional, a disgrace to her company and to the industry.
VACATIONS TO GO overcharges for their cruises. You can bypass them by booking yourself, They overcharge by anywhere from $200.00 to $300.oo more than what you would pay if you booked yourself directly with the cruise line.
