I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC but due to the volume of these scammers I don’t think they will ever stop any of them.
I find that I get great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their “reps”. I have a phony name, credit card number, security code and social security number that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a card that I no longer use since they raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.
There are two guys behind this scam and they have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name “American Debt Negotiators” and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. The other guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. Then I found a website for American Debt Negotiators with contact information that has the same address as METUKON CORP. listed above. So, I decided I should copy and paste the information. Here it is:

When they called me, the caller ID said OK,USA OBVIOUSLY a CLOAKED PHONY CALLER ID
no message. I called back, gives a phony message that says “the caller you are trying to reach is unavailable” THIS IS A LOW DOWN SCAM PEOPLE!! I am on do not call list (hasn’t done me ANY good ever ), and these crooks continuously call me. I am FED UP with folks in charge doing NOTHING about these SCAM calls!!! BUT you know what?? There must be some REALLY STUPID GULLIBLE GOOFS out there, because as informed as we are in this day and age about these types of scammers, you’d think crap like this would no longer work, so it must work or they would all quit!!!
These ass-clowns called me with a pre-recorded message saying that my Master Card and Visa accounts had problems and that I needed to speak to a representative right away to clear it up by pressing “1.” When the “Representative” came on (black female who never learned modern English – know what I’m saying, homie), I pressed her for details about of my accounts. She said she could help all of them. When I pressed harder for details, she put her Supervisor on the line. He asked what my name was, and I said, “you should know. You called me. What’s your name?” He said Larry. I said, “What’s your last name, Larry?” The spineless sack of shit immediately hung up. So, I reported this phone call to the FCC, FTC, and the Texas State Attorney General’s office.
