Their employees are rude and use profanity and obscenities due to their impatience with customers that have basic account related questions! Philip, supervisor on level 2 help desk, was very rude to me and hung up in my ear when asked to be transferred to a more respectful, articulate, and ethical employee!
They ask for you social security number (even though their website strictly says they can not and will do so and to never give it to them if they do!) and they get upset when you ask for their name for verification purposes! Are you ******* serious???? You’re asking for my social!
I will cancel my account with these liars! They don’t properly dispute claims either! Refunded payments and then reverse them once investigation is over! Customer never win disputed claims!!! Company should be discontinued!
